3 month update - Time to get more serious!

Pleased to report that I am down 21 pounds now and following my plan faithfully most days and those days are always thought-out decisions of not feeling deprived.
Started my crystal tigers biggest loser challenge so I am more motivated with strength exercise now which I hadn't started this year until our challenge started last week. I have gotten my walking down pretty well and am over 10,000 steps most days and a few at 15,000. I reached 10 million steps on my fitbit this week which was a 3 year, 11 month project for me and should get my next mileage distance badge tomorrow for 4,132 miles during this time period.
Used my 5 pound weights today with a spark people workout video and it went well so that is my new plan to build on.
Will post again at 4 months and am expecting to tell you more good reports!
