Spark Nation,

To All…

As I write this I am not happy in my heart. I will be signing off of Sparkpeople for a while. It is NOT something about the website, but rather a situation I created and let go on for, far too long without correcting. Lesson again in procrastination and what it causes.

I will miss the interaction with so many of you that I’ve come to think of as ‘family’. I thank you all for the warmth, support and kind words you’ve shown me over the past few years.

When I can return, I will return at the earliest moment. It could be just a couple days, it could run into a week…I can’t say. I’m trying to learn from this lesson, but it’s hard at 70 to teach “an old dog new tricks…”. Only these are lessons I should have been following for all these years but didn’t.

I will keep all of you in my prayers and hope you all continue on your journeys to a healthier, happier life. It can be done, there are many examples to be found here. Stay well, learn, move forward, but most important, follow what you learn and believe in yourself!

Carpe Diem

as always... emoticon

Dwayne, you will be in my prayers and will ask some friends to pray for you as well. I am 75 and I know how we can procrastinate in dealing with situations. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. I will pray that He gives you the wisdom on hot to deal with your situation. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Dwayne I am so sorry to hear something is going on to cause you to not be happy in your heart. Since you are a man of prayer, the Lord Jesus is certainly always there for us as His family. I will lift you up in prayers-hopeful that things work out well. ( When ever I am online I am watching for your daily uplift , and I will miss you). Be well and be blessed and will see you when the time is right for you . .. emoticon
