Good habits I have/have maintained:
Drink tons of water
Don't drink soda
Don't eat at movies
Don't eat visible carbs
Don't eat/feel denied even most desserts
Still take vitamins and calcium
Don't drink during meals
Plenty of protein
Blood pressure is normal
