Finished First Round of T25

I finished the first round of T25. I know I would have loved the last 10 weeks to have shown a more significant weight loss, however I am really proud that I have lost almost 9 pounds. Monday I will be starting my second round of T25, that will end in December and then in January I will start a new work out routine. I am going to try to get a gym HIIT workout plan together so that in the winter I have my new plan ready to go. Looking forward to restarting this new round, pushing my stronger body harder.

    Nine pounds in ten weeks is really very good. One may WISH for 3 pounds a week, but that is just dreaming. Nobody does that consistently.

    Look at it this way. To loose one pound of body fat per week means a calorie deficit of 3500 (that is how many calories are in a pound of body fat). This means that on average, each day you are eating 500 fewer calories than you burn.

    One typically burns about 2000 calories a day. That means you've cut from eating 2000 (or maybe more) down to 1500 a day. You are doing very very well indeed. Please look at it that way.
