I'm feeling better than I have in a very long time.
I created my own plan based on my individual needs and what I can commit to long-term. This started Sept 1st and so far it's working. I don't want to jinx anything but I feel stronger about my food intake right now than I have in years. I haven't been perfect, but I've mostly stuck to my plan.
I've also added walking to the plan, which makes me feel better in all aspects of my health and has made the scale move a tiny bit faster. At some point, I will add some strength training and body sculpting too, but I'm not there yet.
Now the holidays are coming and I'm completely happy about it. I'm not nervous that I'll go off my plan. I'm not dreading anything. I'm just happy and grateful that things are going so well.
