ALL IS WELL

Yes, All Is Well. It always is and always has been. I just have to remember. Sometimes I work so hard on worrying and fretting that I can get so sidetracked. Now, I try to really focus on breathing in "All Is Well". I want to make things happen. I want to "fix" things. I want everything to be right. And so on. And when I find myself in the middle of that, I now consciously breathe in "All is well". And, although it may sound simplistic, it really has helped me. I think it is similar to "let go and let God". Which is an awesome statement as well but brings up so much of the religious abuse of my childhood that it isn't as powerful for me as "All is Well". When I truely fall into this state I can fall into bliss. Sounds unbelievable huh? Back in January I would have said the same thing. But having discovered that peace and bliss inside since then, I can go back to it. I just have to get out of my head (all those worries) and remember who I am and that all is well.
A friend of mine called me today. He lives in France. He is in the journey practitioner program with me. I have really grown to love and admire him. We had a 7 minute conversation-and in that brief amount of time, I was totally inspired all over again. He didn't call to inspire me, he called to ask a favor. And yet, it was perfect timing and the perfect conversation. the more I open up to miracles in my life, the more I am seeing them happen. Then later tonight, I got a sparkmail from another member here that I am honored to know and honored to share a path with-and it was another reminder that All Is Well-that the world is full of miracles and possibilities. And I don't have to make ANYTHING happen. I just have to open up to it.
I wish you all well on your journeys and hope that you too can find that peace and unconditional love that is inside.
