I do so appreciate my weekends - especially those where I'm at home with nothing planned.
There's a long list of to dos but I will be selective and enjoy my time off as well. I've not be very active with Spark People for awhile but must always remember what a helpful resource it is for me. I do want to clear off my treadmill of projects today and get back into a routine.
I feel better when I start my day with moving my body. I went to the store yesterday and am stocked with healthy foods for week. I do intend to do food prep for next week. I've got this!
