Hi!! I have a update on my Kickboxing Classes.
There is a new instructor that teaches close to the same workouts but longer and more High Intensity HIIT's! Love this more!
It still has KickBoxing and Circuit Training and Metabolic Training but also has Crunch workouts!
They are a mixed bag of workouts put together with Higher Intensity!
I am looking so forward to this, like i said before I love Love Love challenging workouts!

Wow! You do far, far more than I do! I walk a lot, but I avoid challenges (like high hills) if possible. I'm basically a lazy bones. But I do have a quota of 10,000 steps a day, and my average is closer to 11,000. You would be sooo bored following my routine. You are doing a great job and you are admired by many of us.
