Half Marathon Training- Day 3

Day 3 on the treadmill. Monday and Wednesday I jogged for 1 minute, walked for 2 for a total of 30 minutes. Today was a 3 mile jog/walk. I increased my jog pace slightly- and am now at 4.5mph (not fast, I know). At this point my goal is to complete the half marathon, I have no time goal nor do I have a plan to run the entire thing. If my training allows me to, then that is great. Right now I am doing this to: A) support my 12 year old son, and B) get back into a better exercising and eating routine.
