I've stopped food tracking, weigh-ins, and gym exercise classes.
On the positive side, I've maintained a daily exercise regimen and brought no pumpkin pie into the house.
Have twinges of plantar again, after thinking I was completely healed and continuing to do all of the "right" things. Guess I need to wear the night brace for awhile longer as there's obviously more healing to be done.
