Long term goals

My Coach for the day is telling me to revisit my long term goals.
ONE: Manage my estate so that my kids (particularly my son, who has special needs) will be secure after I die.
TWO: Reach a fitness level where my lifestyle no longer threatens my health.
THREE: Live my life so that when I go, people will remember me fondly and with joy. I want them to remember how much we laughed together and, when necessary, cried together. I want to be remembered as a kind and generous person.
I am working on all three of these. Not one is easy, but I am definitely making progress in all areas.
