5w2d out, down 20% of my excess weight (13.8kg/30.4lb) and I have hit a low.
I'm not sure if it is related to diet and/or exercise at all or not but I am struggling.
I know I'm not getting in all my micronutrients so I am wondering if that is connected. I have an appointment with my primary Dr tomorrow so will ask if she can redo the blood tests I had back when I first started. Also have an appointment this evening with my psychologist.
On a positive note, I am finally off crutches.
