My friend who is an exercise person says this phrase sometimes. I think it means to get yourself to the gym sometime today and get the week started off right. OK, I plan to do that. This is week two of being a "gym rat"- LOL. I did go 3x last week and it felt pretty good. My very general plan was to mix up classes and exercise machines and maybe in the future do a few sessions with a personal trainer. I hope to find one that specializes in women who are 60+ and can motivate and teach without me feeling like I've somehow missed the boat.
