Trying To Reignite The Spark... Day 1

Shortest possible version of my life story...
*Overweight my entire life
*Remember weighing 205 pounds at age 18
*Lost 40 pounds 3 different times in my life only to gain it all back plus more.
*In 2012 I managed to get my journey going, and lost 90 pounds through walking and calorie counting....

I stayed under 200 pounds until late 2015 I believe. Once I went over 200 it was a really bad struggle, it was as though everything i did in the past didn't matter. I am now around 240 pounds. My highest weight was 272 so while I haven't gained it all back, it is just as disheartening as it would be if I was at my highest. To know I have to lose 60ish pounds again just to get back to where I was just really makes me feel down in the dumps.

I am doing my best to going back to what worked for me initially. It was calorie counting and walking, plain and simple. I was active on Spark, I was blogging, I did many BLC challenges here on Spark and have signed up for the next one, I was just focused on what needed to be done. So I may get back to some daily blogging initially just to get back in the habit. They will be super boring probably just a paragraph or so about how the day went, but I really need to get focused again before this weight gain gets even more out of control!
