December Inches Lost Check-In

These numbers reflect the changes since my last check-in from November 6th, 2018.

Weight: 240 (28lbs lost) emoticon
Waist: 40 (1 inch lost) emoticon
Hips: 47 (2.5 inches lost) emoticon
Thigh: 29 (no change) emoticon
Upper arm: 18 (no change) emoticon
Neck: 16 (no change) emoticon
Calf: 19 (no change) emoticon

I am a bit frustrated that I am losing weight but not inches. I know the fix; I need to start actually going to the gym and working. For me, consistency with exercise is the most difficult aspect of losing weight. After seeing this lack of progress from this month's check-in, I need to get more serious about this!
