2019 Goals

MY GOALS: Lose 52 pounds; 1 lb per week.

Everyday I will:
1. Self pep talk
2. Do at least 10 fitness minutes daily (use SP Fitness Tracker) (even on the days I DON'T WANT TOO!) no excuses...…
3. Track my food (stay under 1550) (use SP food Tracker)stay in calories range 50% of the week. (as I achieve this goal increase it until it's 100%) This is going to be one of my biggest goals!!!
4. Start everyday off with meditation time (Bible Study)
5. Log in Daily!
6. Check in here! Encourage buddy
7. Eat 5+ servings Fruits & Veggies
8. Drink 8 glasses of water
9. Check in to SP Food Feats (4 peas in a pod) www.sparkpeople.com/mysp

Monthly Plus:
1. Every 4-6 weeks increase fitness minutes
