Smart Goals for BLC 39

So hello there I haven't been blogging in a while but here goes I'm doing my smart goals for the Biggest Loser Challenge 39th round WooHoo

S=Specific
My specific goal is to lose 10 lbs this round I'm involved with four specific ladies on the job and we've made a connection to help each other lose the weight. So I know 10 lbs isn't much but I want to start with reachable goals and not get frustrated

M=Measurable
I will know that I've reached my goal when the scale reflects it

A=Attainable
My goal is small enough to be attainable I'm not overly concerned about the fact that my goals are to big slow and steady wins the race right

R=Relevant
So two weeks ago I became a Grandma for the first time and I want to be around to see my baby grow up and at the rate I'm going that might now be the end game

T=Timely
My goals are timely I've given myself ten to twelve weeks to get this done I can do it
