After 25 Days of No Added Sugar....

… here are some things I noticed:
-I never (okay, very seldom) even think of sugar treats (before, I thought of them almost constantly)
-Not hungry as much as before
-Fruit tastes more flavorful
-I have much less pasta and bread. Almost none.
-Have more clarity, brain feels better
So, how's that for a rewarding 25 days of no added sugar? I'm thrilled to pieces.
