Just entered 210-ville today. So glad to see the scale numbers move along this journey. I started this journey in 2016 when I hit my highest weight of 287. Now I'm just over halfway to my goal weight. I started meeting with a dietitian last May which has really helped. A couple months ago my doctor said I should get my carbs under 100 because my triglycerides were too high. It took me 6 weeks to adjust my diet to accomplish this, but the pounds are really starting to shed now. My goal for this year is to lose 50 more pounds.
