Winter 5% Weigh In and health goals for 2019

Happy new year everyone!
Hope 2019 is seeing you creating and working towards your dreams and goals. While one of my health goals for 2019 is to lose 50 pounds (it was my goal for 2018 that missed) I noticed in 2018 a rekindled love of biking. So I created a goal on Runkeeper to bike 2001 miles by new year's eve 2019 and so far I'm on my way having biked every day but the 2nd of 2019.

My hope is that chasing this mileage goal will help me achieve my other health goals.
To make it easier to remember my goals I'm using the Strides App to nudge me daily to get in my water, exercise, etc.
