Haha, Here we go again...

Well, I'm down 6 lbs. from where I was last year around this time, so I guess that's a win, though I stopped tracking way back in the summer lol. I got some heavier hand weights and have been doing heavy sets just about every time I think of it or need a break from work.
got a trip to Florida planned for early April, so my goal is to lose something and feel more toned by that time. Hopefully will be writing a blog every other day or so to keep me motivated and on schedule. =)
