My challenge for the week Monday to Friday
Monday, January 14, 2019
#1 Don't eat after dinner
#2 Monday - no sweets
Wednesday - 20 minute youtube video workout (must be difficult)
Friday - 10 minutes of jumping!
This is in addition to my regular habits, including but not limited to:
10,000 steps a day
20 minutes of yoga a day
track food
don't eat between meals and snacks
My husband is traveling in Europe this week on business. I am challenging myself not to give in to the temptation of wallowing in emotional eating and sedentary video games.
