Day 24 (so far so good)

I haven't missed a day of yoga yet and it shows on my body, especially my legs! Peaceful warrior is no joke! I've actually enjoyed starting the day with yoga. I'm going to have to be more consistent with tracking both food and exercise because I haven't lost any more weight. I'm holding steady at 306 occasionally going up or down an ounce. So I think I need to better track what I'm eating rather than just guesstimating. I also need to spend more time on sparkpeople, however, right now I'm planning in great detail my garden for next year. I've managed to secure $100 for my little plot o' land and I hope to grow most of my vegetables this year. I've got a seed catalogue that I'm spending my spare time in, Boule D'or? I must have it. Leeks? I must grow it. Tomatoes? The more the merrier! But of course, I'm shopping with restraint. Only necessities in my garden which includes pallet planters chock full of strawberries and herbs and lettuces. I rented a book from the library titled "Grow all you can eat in 3 square feet" and I've gotten gobs of ideas. My parents have 3 acres and I've been given permission to put corn, potatoes, melons, and pumpkins on their property so I'm excited.
