What Went Well in January 2019

With only a few days left in the month, I thought over what was positive for me. I did well with limiting my food monsters - cheese, salt and sugar. My relative's doc appt, which I went to in order to provide support, had good results.

I plan to go to water aerobics class this morning, after being away for three months. They redid the pool and I'm interested to see if it's a lot cleaner. I tend to enjoy exercising solo more than the gym and it's tough getting back to it. I'm pushing myself to go.

Trying to find another acupuncturist since mine is on maternity leave for a couple of months. It really did help a lot last year.
