No More 1/2 Marathon For Me

I gave up on the half marathon. I think I need to run shorter distances for a while before trying 13 miles. I haven't been able to push myself past 5 miles yet and the 1/2 Marathon is in 7 weeks. I am going to run the 5k instead. I am a little bummed out that I couldn't push myself harder, but I will try again next year.

    You do need a good solid base of shorter runs before building up to the 1/2. Plan for one in six months or so!

    It is hard to train in the winter. You will get there when you get there, do not let this set you back. Keep moving forward. YOU can do this.
