Day 41 (yoga)

Monday, February 11, 2019

I'm treating myself to a little something-something for sticking with my yoga so well. I've always wanted a harem pants jumpsuit so I finally bought one. I've added jogging in place with high knees to my exercise routine and I'm STILL at 306.2. Up, down, up, down. Bleargh. Technically I've lost .4 ounces and should be happy I just have a feeling I'll be up again. I'm frustrated with this plateau already and coach Cathy says it could go on for at least another 2 weeks. I just need to find the silver lining AND figure out why I am plateauing already! Anyway, the picture is of the jumpsuit I ordered. I can't wait to do some flows in it! Have a glorious week! Sarah

Keep it up, stick with the plan, I know it’ll work. Great to hear you are keeping the yoga going. I need to get going on some exercise soon. Running out of excuses. Have an awesome Wednesday.

Clothes are a great reward for me too. I worship clothes Lol!! Enjoy your jumpsuit.

I'm on a plateau right now too for the past week. This is always the same place I get stuck. It's sooooo frustrating and discouraging, but the other option is to give up and gain weight. Those nonscale victories are so very important to focus on now. Crucial.
