One of my teams, the Bronze Wellness Warriors of the Biggest Loser Challenge, is completing a week-end challenge, and for points, we have to write a blog, LOL. The question is, what am I doing right so far in this challenge round.
It’s much easier to focus on what I’m not doing to help my health.
However, after some reflection I realize that I’ve been moving more in the last month, completing physical therapy for an injury and doing range of motion exercises every day. I’ve lowered my step goal to accommodate my temporary injury, but even when I don’t feel like it, I’m walking and/or riding the recumbent bike.
I’m also drinking all of my water, tracking food more often than not, and focusing on getting enough sleep.
And perhaps most important, I’m logging into Spark every day, reading articles, checking my teams, and getting support.
