Beginning of this month I started working on the 5% challenge i.e. 5% less my weight at the beginning of the month of February.
February opened with 170.2lbs and the target closing weight should be 162lbs (-8lbs) that is a 2lbs per week target
As at Wednesday I weighed in at 165.8lbs, I have 4 more days to me my target for the month.
It's TOM today and I expect a raise but I hope the month ends on a happy note.
I also realized that my BMI has shifted and I feel really happy with that.
