Just want to say thanks to God for bringing me this far. I feel great, I have a long way to go, but I know I will get there. Tuesday is my next weigh in I can hardly weight!! I faced a challenge yesterday, but I planned ahead what I would be eating at the Mexican buffet, DH and I go about 1 a month, I had looked things over the weekend before I started and made a plan that day what I would be able to eat when I came the next time, it worked perfectly!! There are a lot of keto friendly choices. Chicken stewed with peppers, taco beef, lettuce, cheese, jalapeno peppers, avocado, and salsa. I started with a bed of lettuce and piled everything else on top, only filled half my plate, added a chicken wing, they are so good there swimming in hot sauce, but one is usually enough. I treated myself to diet coke and it was all so good. The chips did not temp me, I am so proud!!
I can see myself with this same plate when I am in maintenance too. When I am at goal I will be able to had a spoonful of pinto beans and a few chips.
I am so excited to be on the right track!!
