Spring forward/a new start

Spring time is a time for a new start and this spring is just that a New start for me. I'm doing a spring time 5% challenge and I am ready to see 5% of my weight disappear and I want to look in the mirror and see a difference.
1. Be encouraging and positive
2.make new friends
3.Post every day on every as many Clover topics
4. lose 5% of my body weight as of the 6th of April
5. ride my little bike 20 min.leggs / 20 min. arms 3 times a week.
6. deep water hydrofit 2 times a week
7. drink 8 glasses of water a day
8. measure my food and log each meal
9.laugh and enjoy life
10. praise God for all those I meet on here
11.share/listen to others during my challenge.
