Updated Numbers/Current Goals

I don't think I have done this in a while, but here is my progress in terms of numbers. I was supposed to be getting professionally evaluated tomorrow but they had to cancel due to some technical issues during testing.

The Body Pod Technician said it was likely due to wiring coming loose during travel. What a bummer!

Current Goals -

Weight? Not sure - I'm within my maintenance range, but I haven't reached goal weight...so what do you do then? I feel like is more a point of pride than anything else now.

Physique?
want to drop my body fat percentage down to 22% so that I'm in the "Fit" category.
I want to tone my thighs to help with the extra sag from the weight loss
BOOTY GAINS!!!!

Milestones -
I want to run a 5k competitively.
Be able to do a Pull Up.
Be able to do more than 32 push ups in one minute consistently.
Be able to do more than 30 crunches in one minute consistently.
