Spring 5% Weigh In and Goals

I like what I recently heard regarding saving for retirement: remove the friction. Basically, make it easier to win. Like by having funds automatically taken from your paycheck so you don't have to "remember" to do. That's my goal this challenge: make it easier to win. How? Simplifying.

Goal 1: Track every thing I eat (as soon as I do, or better yet before)
Goal 2: Ride at least 10 miles every day (morning rides so it's one less thing later on)
Goal 3: Strength train at least twice per week.

Like I said simple.
