The month of March was my birth month (6th March).

I remembered one of the best messages I had received over the years was from Sparkpeople (not sure they still send birthday messages to members)

Anyways, that year the message read "don't only count your years, make your years count" and that changed a lot of things about me.

I started to learn, unlearn and relearn to make a better me. I turned my passion to business and I kept enjoying who I had become without focusing on my challenges anymore.

I had always been scared of 40+ but as I turned 43 this year, I realized there was really nothing to be scared about (although a little anxious), I just had to make every passing of time count. Make the best use of every passing seconds even if it was to sleep, work or play, it should count.

Count in adding value to me and others. This made me happier too.

I decided not to step on the scale in March, although I eventually did, and I took each day as they come. I ate healthy 80% of the time and 20% I did my own thing without feeling guilty.

It worked for me. If you ask me, I am having full control of my habits and lifestyle in general, I think it comes with the age.

April goal is to keep doing the correct things.

1. Complex Carbs
2. Water
3. Exercise
4. Doing those thing that make me happy and try as much to avoid those that don't.
5. Help others to be healthy
