Ouch and bad treat meals

That "first" HIIT workout (first in a while anyway) hit me hard. Today was time to do it again, but I stuck to the lighter weight for arms and no ankle weights this round. I sort of felt stiff and awkward last time so until I get used to those movements again I'm just going to focus on the movement itself and intensity then work on adding more weight.

Like I mentioned in Monday's blog, I've been gradually making changes, but I got really "serious" about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Clothes that were getting tight are starting to fit better again which is nice to see that change. Yesterday morning, I weighed and was down another pound so that's 9 pounds down since doctor's appointment in January. I'm trying to not think about time this go round.

Yesterday was our treat meal day. We've been wanting breakfast and tried a different place that someone told us was good. It wasn't horrible, but I'd never go back. Such a waste of a treat meal LOL. Then I had popcorn at the movies and it was burnt. Ugh. Food wasn't playing nice. I feel like I need a do over with my treat meal, but I don't want a set back.

I forgot to mention I quit coffee again. I do this every year HAHAHA. I like coffee, but I know it's not great for me. Plus, I can't drink it with out creamer. Forget about it. I've been really watching my added sugar intake. Plus, I'm completely paleo at the moment except for peanut butter and I'm not worried about that.
