My goal is to lose 10 pounds in the next 12 weeks of this challenge. My motivation is I want to avoid diabetes and lessen the discomforts that come with aging, but also my insurance share will go down $80/month

To reach my goal:
**I will track my food intake, water, and exercise minutes daily
**I will do at least 3 miles on the treadmill 3x/week
**I will do ST for 30 minutes 2x/week
**I will use an elliptcal and a recumbant bicycle one day each week (1 hour combined)
**I will do a 10,000 step walk outside Saturday or Sunday

I will track my steps each day with my fitness tracker and with SP but i will also measure my strength progress by adding 2 Burpees each week to how many I can do when I finish posting here in a few minutes. emoticon
