Happy new month to everyone, we thank God for safety and good health through the past month.

April was cool but I was ill and on drugs for the most part of it. I feel better now and looking forward to a great month of May ahead. I am strong.

One of my bane in April was lack of planning, I did not plan well and when I did, I wasn't following through maybe the anxiety that came with the sickness and the discomfort could have contributed to it.

But, the good news is that I weighed the lowest in the past 3 years in this month at 164.8lbs. When I saw this I decided to change my goal weight to 158lbs instead of 145lbs. I want to get there ending of this month May. I have just 4 weeks.

I have joined the Biggest Loser Challenge Round 40 and I hope I can push myself to get to an initial goal weight by May 31, 2019.

I will be zigzagging my meals this month. Doing 5 Freggies 3 days a week, portion control and water intake on point.
