Plateau

First time in ages I have written a blog. My weight has plateaued for months now. Seems I was comfortable with the diet I had for the time being. However, having an abscess beneath a crown earlier this week appears to have curtailed my appetite considerably and for the first time in ages I have a measurable weight loss. Okay, it was probably because my mouth was too sore to eat much although I was still trying to eat healthily but I'm willing to take anything and this full pound gone has reinvigorated my desire to lose more so I shall be trying extra hard now to keep the momentum going. The only other appreciable difference is the requirement to take a full glass of water with my medication so perhaps this has a bearing too. I shall see what next week brings and keep on taking the extra water.
