I have been a little concerned for the past few months now. I am just fatigued, I have tried all the natural remedies I know like sleeping more, kept from worrying on anything, exercise as much as possible etc, but I realized that it's only drugs (multivitamins) that gives me the energy I desire to go through the day.

I am not against vitamins but I just wonder if I can actually do without it. I react to it with constipation is the main reason I try to resist using multivitamins.

I may have to visit a GP

    Got this from the internet. Hope it helps. One cure which you didn't mention was to lower caffine intake which may or may not apply to you.

    Feeling overtired, with low energy and a strong desire to sleep that interferes with normal daily activities.

    Fatigue can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include lack of sleep, heavy exertion, jetlag, a large meal, or aging.
    A regular sleep schedule, healthy diet, and frequent exercise may help reduce fatigue. Consuming less caffeine during the day and avoiding caffeine at night may also help.

    Seeking medical care

    Make an appointment to see a doctor if you

    Have fatigue that lasts two weeks or longer
    Struggle to work or complete daily tasks
    Feel sad or slowed down

    See a doctor immediately if you

    Feel severe pain along with fatigue
    Have chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or shortness of breath
    Experience abnormal bleeding
    Feel faint
    Think about suicide
