Today I went into work for 4. Hours, I work in retail and my load didn’t show yesterday so I went in today to finish it. It was nice working two 5 hour days instead of a 10 hour day because it was easier in my body... I’ve been struggling with my knee for the last 1.5 years, I think it’s because my endometriosis was on my sacrum and somehow effected my IT band, I go to the Chiropractor and a trigger point massage therapist each once a week to help me deal with the lower back pain, knee pain and I also dislocated my shoulder last July and didn’t have it relocated until November so I still get pain with it 🙄 I’m broken. For breakfast today I had an 320 Calorie Dark Choc Ensure and then another for lunch. My husband brought how Mexican for dinner, I had 1/2 a cheese enchilada and some rice, beans, chips and a few screwdrivers.... I didn’t log but it’s definitely better than I have been doing so hopefully with time. We also started doing a 20 min walk in the evenings after we put the fids(Parrots) to bed hopefully we can make that a thing. ❤️

    Keep pushing! You will be surprised how weight loss helps with knee and back pain. I'm sorry about your shoulder. I hope it all heels soon! emoticon

    That's great if you and the hubby can walk every night. It's a good start! Can you switch your work schedule to work two fives instead of one ten hour shift? 10 hours is a lot when you're on your feet!
