I haven’t been on track.... I keep going back and forth depending on my stress levels..... I haven’t given up though this morning I was down 1 pound from last week 264.8. I keep hoping if I keep trying one of these days it will stick. This morning I had a good breakfast and my plan is to have Subway for Lunch and Dinner. I’m trying to increase my steps right now I have 82,000 for the week... it keeps flaring my knee and lower back so then I back off, I will just keep taking it slow.
