Day #11

I haven’t been on track.... I keep going back and forth depending on my stress levels..... I haven’t given up though this morning I was down 1 pound from last week 264.8. I keep hoping if I keep trying one of these days it will stick. This morning I had a good breakfast and my plan is to have Subway for Lunch and Dinner. I’m trying to increase my steps right now I have 82,000 for the week... it keeps flaring my knee and lower back so then I back off, I will just keep taking it slow.

    Maybe you need to find a pool to exercise in. My mom goes to the pool at the YMCA because her hip hurts when she walks. Or maybe you can get one of those exercise bikes. It will take the pressure off your knee. emoticon
