Frustrated but showing up

Tuesday, July 23, 2019

It’s been a long time.

Since I’ve blogged, watched what I ate.... you get the idea.

I went to the doc. Got my tetanus shot, my yearly......

Weights is way high. But she is letting me exercise. I was very worried about my heart, but she said I could. So..... I did. It was nothing spectacular, in fact it’s embarrassing to write.
My “workout” was 1 mile. It was so slow! But as slow as it was, it was in my hear range.
My calories were in my suggested range.
I had no caffeine today, and only 1/2 soda yesterday. (Typically I was 5-15 cups of regular with 1-2 sodas.)
I am not nearly as excited about this go. But on I go.

Thank you to each of you who stayed strong, who stayed connected, who still have hope.

Make sure to celebrate each of the small steps you take. You're doing great! If a 67-year-old with numerous medical troubles can have hope, then you can too! Just be patient and keep on directing your body back to health like you're now doing. You'll get there. You're body will love you back for the things you're doing for it. emoticon emoticon
