Woot! What a rush!

I started intermittent fasting last week. Yesterday was the start of my first 22 hour fast and today was my first on OMAD (one meal a day). This is a progression of Keto and is used by those who are already fat adapted and ready to move on to the next level.

To break my fast after 22 hours, I had a large antipasto salad (salami/pepperoni/olives/chedd
ar cheese) with a mayo dressing and followed it with a 5oz steak an a couple of tablespoons of butter. I finished my 1 hour feeding window with an oz of pecans.

My macros for today were amazing!



For those of you who don't eat Keto- relax! This is actually a better more natural way to eat. Until you are ready though, continue on the best plan for YOU. That's the beauty of Sparkpeople!

Those on Keto will appreciate the macros!

Anyway, I have been challenged to not weigh for a month. For a compulsive "weigh several times a day" me that is going to be hard!
