It's up to me

I'm very glad that the other day when I was getting caught in a track of negative thoughts, I suddenly realized: HEY, I can keep on like this OR I can consciously shift my thoughts to a different, more positive track. It's up to me!
The next morning was I was doing my yoga exercises I suddenly became aware how I was thinking about whether it made sense to do those exercises, maybe I am doing them wrong, I am not goog enough at them, some exercises are painful for me, and so on.
I realized again that it's important to consciously think about how the yoga is good for me, to feel how it impacts me, and to pat myself on the back for doing the exercises!
