This is a must to start again and be serious about it. This is the highest I have EVER weighed and I don't like it one bit. I wish the hubby like fruit more, it would help not to waste food since I can't eat all of it alone, such as cherries, grapes, etc. I love melons too, but they go to waste also. I get tired of chicken all the time and we don't eat a lot of beef. I'll start checking out new recipes on SparkPeople and Pinterest to see if I can't get us both interested in different things. Hawaii in two months, so I'm going to hit the exercise videos and the recumbent bike starting today.
