Day 2 of my 100 day journey to a new me

I tackle my alcoholism on January 22, 2017 it will be 31 months in three day. Aug 22, If I stop cold turkey, and start to feel the pain of my past.
I Know its ok to feel the emotion I started to tackle my emotions eating August 1st 2019
I am committed to Sparkpeople
I am done being interested in this weight and I am committed to lose it and start a healthy lifestyle
I will log in everyday I post things on my kitchen, hallway, and dining room walls
I will go for a walk for at least 30 minutes a day. If I go longer that would be great too.
When I feel like giving up I will reach out to people
I am in control of me and not my weight
I will least in five servings of fruit or vegetables a day
