BLC 41 - SMART goals

Next week (Wed 9/4) is the official kickoff for the BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge), round #41.
My SMART Goals for this round are listed below. I'm keeping them simple because I know my life is super-busy right now and if I add a lot more, I won't keep up.
1. Exercise 4 times a week for a minimum of 20 min.
2. Stay well-under my daily calorie range.
I've currently been eating a small breakfast, a salad (with protein) for lunch and a normal dinner. This seems to be working for me, even though most of my calories come at dinnertime, because then I don't have to worry about eating something different than the rest of my family. I've also been trying to limit my snacks to just one in the morning and maybe a little something after dinner. I've actually lost a couple of pounds since the end of the last round!
