I have been intentionally working to break free of the years of negative habits and the awful mindset I’ve built.
As part of that, I have been eating freely, exercising in ways that make me happy, and not weighing myself.
I have made incredible strides in feeling better and building a better mindset around my health. I now feel like I’m in a better space to take the next step in my health and push myself even more.
As part of that, I hopped on the scale for curiosity sake after not stepping on it for almost 3 months. I did not gain a single pound.
I am amazed. Honestly, that I could eat freely the foods that make me feel good and the foods that I enjoy. I worked out when I wanted to and sat on the couch when I felt like it.
This is what being free to live feels like...and I like it!
