Throw away the scale- 90 day challenge

I have been bouncing these 5-10 lbs for quite a while. I know it's because of not enough water. I know it's because of inflammation. I know it's because I've cheated more than I care to admit. But darn it, it's coming off. So the scale goes away. I'm focusing on my measurements and how my body feels. Here are my September goals:
8 glasses of water daily.
30 minute walk daily.
20 carbs max per day.
NO processed foods
Read ingredients labels on everything.
