Guys, it finally happened.
I have been focused on a positive body image and a positive relationship with food. It’s taken a while to get here...and after years and years of bad, toxic habits, I’m able to say I’m in such a better space.
I buy clothes for fit and comfort and not size. I do not panic when I get ready to go somewhere because my closet is only full of outfits I like.
I’m not worried about the foods I eat. I enjoy what makes me feel my best. I eat what satisfies my hunger and what satisfies my cravings.
I am living, not dieting, and it feels great.
