-20lbs! + crazy idea!

So.... That happened! My weight is fluctuating a lot, though, because I'm not depriving myself. I love carbs way too much, so I'm trying carb cycling. I'm ok with all of it.
Beyond the actual weight loss, I feel more firm and I'm getting stronger with CrossFit. I've been working out consistently 3x/wk. Knowing how flighty I get with consistency after a while, my main goal at the moment is to keep that up. I know I can do it.
One of the coaches at the gym wants me to join his team for the "Open" competition! It's 5 weeks long and I initially felt fear when he proposed the idea. He told me everyone can participate... Knowing that the main source of my fear in this moment is not feeling good enough, I'm going to challenge myself and say YES!
I don't even really know what it implies, yet. All I know is that I'm going to sweat bullets, hyperventilate, and then feel amazing. It starts in 2 weeks. 😳😈💪😎
